Meet Dr. Elizabeth Blake Swearingen

Dr. Elizabeth Blake Swearingen is a native Texan who graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.  She then continued her education at the UT Houston Dental Branch, graduating valedictorian of her class with her Doctor of Dental Surgery. After finishing her dental degree, Dr. Blake immediately entered the orthodontic residency program at the UT Houston School of Dentistry, where she received a Certificate in Orthodontics and a Masters of Science in Dentistry in 2013.

Dr. Blake is affiliated with several dental organizations, including: The University of Texas Orthodontic Alumni Association, The American Association of Orthodontists, The American Board of Orthodontics, and many other organizations that she is proud to be a part of.

Dr. Blake is married to her college sweetheart, Daniel Swearingen and they have two daughters, Cora and Eleanor.  As a family they enjoy exploring the outdoors, cooking, and taking care of the family Bichon Frise dogs, Bijou and Fleur.  In addition, Dr. Blake enjoys painting, crafting, and playing golf and tennis.
