Meet Dr. Sumeet Minhas

Dr. Minhas is originally from New York, New York. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Neuroscience from Barnard College of Columbia University. After graduating, she started to shadow a local general dentist. She fell in love with dentistry and decided to continue her education in the field. She was accepted into Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.

After receiving her doctorate in 2020, Dr. Minhas joined the Ohio State University College of Dentistry as an orthodontic resident. During residency, she became interested in the various technological advances in the orthodontic field, including 3-D printing, manufacturing of in-house aligners, and researching how artificial intelligence may impact the future of orthodontics.

Outside of the office

Dr. Minhas enjoys exploring the city and indulging in foodie adventures. Her interests also extend to travel, hiking, and various crafting activities.
