William
Director of Administrative Operations
Bill Wentworth has been with Premier Smiles since 2017. Starting as Patient Financial Coordinator for the University Heights office, he quickly immersed himself in learning every aspect of the industry. In 2021, he became involved in the development and growth of the practice’s insurance department, helping to establish processes and supporting its evolution. In 2025, he stepped into his current role as Director of Administrative Operations. In his role, Bill is passionate about building and improving systems that support both the team and patient experience. He enjoys being part of the organization’s growth and takes pride in contributing to meaningful, lasting work. He values collaboration and has a strong passion for teaching, focusing on understanding the “why” behind processes so he can help others learn and succeed.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, whether it’s having adventures together or just relaxing at home. He and his wife, Cheryl, have been married for 13 years and have a full household with their two stepsons, two daughters, and their dog, Ruby. Originally from Michigan, Bill met Cheryl in Myrtle Beach. After having had enough of the humidity they moved back to Cheryl’s home town of Parma. While not a big sports fan, Bill has always shared Ohio’s strong dislike of the University of Michigan, having grown up an MSU supporter. This is a mindset that came in handy, as disliking U of M was (jokingly) a requirement for marriage to his Ohio State–loving wife.
Nakia
Director of Human Resources
Nakia is a Cleveland native, proud mother of twins, and the Director of Human Resources for Premier Smiles Orthodontics, Growing Smiles Children's Dentistry, and VIP Dental Assisting School. With nearly a decade of experience in dental leadership, Nakia oversees human resources, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and organizational development across the organization.
She is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture, developing strong teams, and ensuring employees have the resources and support needed to succeed. Nakia is committed to fostering an environment where exceptional patient care begins with engaged, well-supported employees, helping the organization continue its mission of providing outstanding care to the communities it serves.
Bethany
Chief Operations Officer
Bethany Robinson has a robust background in dentistry. She began in 2012 as a dental assistant, quickly mastered front office operations, practice administration, and soon specialized in revenue cycle management. Bethany has spent the last 10 years of her career helping private practice owners expand their operations across multiple locations, and she proudly serves in her role as COO by applying her comprehensive background to solidify the foundation for Premier Smiles as a whole.
Bethany is passionate about growing practices and ensures their success through strategic operations. She helps Premier Smiles reach its full potential. In addition to using her experience as a guide for practice growth, she looks forward to helping others grow in their career opportunities, ensuring Premier Smiles is a place where teams come together with a shared mission and values.
Outside of work, Bethany loves spending time with her husband and son. Her family spends a lot of time at the football field, as her son plays and her husband coaches. She is dedicated to supporting them from the sidelines!
Furthermore, Bethany and her husband have founded a non-profit focused on meeting the needs of those who are underserved in their community. She truly feels called to live a life of leadership and love.
Kayla
Marketing Director
Kayla Thomas serves as the Director of Marketing for Premier Smiles Orthodontics and the Director of VIP Dental Assisting School, where she leads strategic marketing initiatives, brand development, community partnerships, and educational programming. With a passion for leadership rooted in service, Kayla is committed to building meaningful relationships, empowering those around her, and creating experiences that leave a lasting impact.
In her dual role, she oversees the growth and visibility of the Premier Smiles family of brands while leading the next generation of dental professionals through VIP Dental Assisting School. Whether collaborating with her team on innovative marketing campaigns, strengthening connections within the community, or mentoring future dental assistants, Kayla believes that great leadership begins with investing in people.
She earned her Master's degree in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Ashland University, where she developed a leadership philosophy centered on communication, authenticity, and purpose. She approaches every opportunity with creativity, collaboration, and the belief that the strongest organizations are built by leaders who inspire others to grow.
Outside of strategy and operations, Kayla is passionate about creating moments that matter. She believes that behind every successful marketing campaign, every confident graduate, and every transformed patient is a story worth celebrating.
Because at the end of the day, a smile is more than the result of orthodontic treatment—it is confidence restored, joy shared, and a reminder that something as simple as a smile or a laugh has the power to brighten someone's day and leave a lasting impression.
Hannah
Director of Revenue Cycle Management
Hannah Pryseski joined Premier Smiles Orthodontics in July 2023 after several years of experience in front office administration and insurance coordination in both General Dentistry and Oral Surgery. Although she entered the dental field without a formal educational background in dentistry, she quickly discovered a passion for the industry and has continually expanded her knowledge through hands-on experience. Over the years, she has developed not only a strong understanding of revenue cycle management, insurance, and accounts receivable, but also a deeper appreciation for oral health and the clinical side of patient care.
In her role as Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Hannah is responsible for reconciliation, patient account management, and financial reporting for both insurance and patient balances. She works closely with the revenue cycle team, operations, and management staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and transparency across the practices. While much of her work happens behind the scenes, Hannah takes pride in knowing that her efforts help create positive patient experiences and support her teammates in delivering exceptional care.
Originally from Akron, Hannah now lives in the Cleveland suburbs and is grateful to be part of such a supportive team. Outside of work, she enjoys bartending at a local establishment she has been with since 2017, spending time with her significant other and their friends, and attending various sporting events. She also loves spending time with her cat, Lana, playing video games, and singing and performing in musical productions at community theaters throughout the area.
Sheila
Warrensville Heights Office Manager
Sheila began her dental career in 1992 as a receptionist and insurance coordinator in general dentistry. By 1997, she transitioned into practice management, where she discovered her passion for operational excellence and patient‑centered service. In 2023, Sheila expanded her leadership experience as a Regional Manager for a multi‑office dental organization, overseeing teams and driving practice growth. She now serves as the Office Manager for Premier Smiles Orthodontics, bringing more than three decades of expertise, dedication, and industry insight to every patient and team she supports.
Gail
University Heights Office Manager
Gail has been an integral part of Premier Smiles Orthodontics since joining the practice in 2007. Over the years, she has served in numerous capacities, developing a well-rounded understanding of nearly every aspect of the organization. Her experience spans front desk operations, treatment coordination, practice management, and participation on director-level and administrative leadership teams. While not a clinician, Gail is always willing to step in and lend a hand wherever needed, believing that the best leaders are those who are willing to serve alongside their teams.
As Office Manager, Gail oversees the comprehensive operations of the practice, helping to ensure exceptional patient experiences while supporting staff development, operational excellence, and organizational growth. Her collaborative leadership style and hands-on approach have enabled her to build strong relationships across departments and contribute meaningfully to the continued success of the organization.
Being part of a team dedicated to comprehensive care is one of the most rewarding aspects of Gail's work. For her, orthodontics is about more than creating beautiful smiles, it's about looking at the bigger picture and caring for the whole person while making a positive impact on every patient and family who walks through the door.
Outside the office, Gail feels privileged to serve others through her ministry and in everyday life. She approaches leadership with a servant's heart, striving to uplift, encourage, and support those around her. Her life is rooted in serving others, a value that seamlessly merges with her professional and personal passions and guides the way she leads each day.
Paige
Shaker Heights Office Manager
With more than 10 years of experience in the dental industry, Paige serves as Office Manager with a passion for creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient and family. Her extensive background in dental leadership and practice operations has provided her with a strong foundation in patient care, team development, and delivering exceptional service.
Paige believes that a successful practice is built on trust, communication, and collaboration. She is dedicated to supporting her team, streamlining daily operations, and ensuring every patient receives personalized care from the moment they walk through the door. Her commitment to excellence and genuine passion for helping others make her an integral part of the Premier Smiles team.
Ashley
Parma Office Manager
Ashley serves as the Office Manager of our Parma location, where she is committed to creating a welcoming, team-oriented environment for both patients and staff. Since joining Premier Smiles Orthodontics in July 2022 as a Front Desk Receptionist, Ashley has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication, earning her promotion to Office Manager through her hard work and commitment to excellence.
Prior to Premier Smiles, Ashley gained valuable patient care experience working in the call center at Hudec Dental. She is especially passionate about serving the Spanish-speaking community and is an invaluable resource for patients and families, helping ensure they feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their orthodontic journey.
Ashley believes that the strength of any successful office comes from teamwork. She values the unique talents each team member brings and strives to foster a collaborative culture where everyone works together to provide an outstanding patient experience.
Melissa
Willowick Office Manager
Melissa has been a dedicated professional in the dental industry for five years. She joined Premier Smiles in 2022 and recently stepped into the manager role at the Willowick location.
Melissa feels so blessed to have found a career and a team that she loves at Premier Smiles. She is deeply committed to orthodontics, as it allows her to build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them achieve their best smiles. She takes pride in being part of a team that prioritizes patient care and strives to create a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two crazy dogs, Norm and Clark. She loves shopping, hiking, cooking, and visiting friends and family.
